There was a fraudulent check that was processed on my account from XXXX for {$2200.00} I never had any paper checks that I purchased on any of my navy federal accounts. I spoke with XXXX and confirmed that they didn't withdraw that amount on my prior closed account that I had with them. This account was closed as of XXXX. I also had them send me a print out that showed all transactions that were processed on the account that I had with them prior. This was not associated with the account and whatever this payment went to was nothing that I was associated with. I have been trying to get these funds back since XX/XX/XXXX. I filed a fraud claim that was denied, and filed and appeal in XX/XX/XXXX and was told it would take 15 days to process. I still have not received any updates nor a refund.
