This company has now added that XXXX XXXX fraudulent account to my report to reflect it as closed. This is a violation of federal law and my consumer rights. It has already been verified as fraudulent and they still reported it. I will be pursuing legal action. They are affecting my report negatively and intentionally. They already known this was a fraudulent account. We have it in writing. Im contacting arbitration to pursue legal action if this is not REMOVED IMMEDIATELY! They are showing an account that I have never opened on my report as closed and it was formulated from identity theft/ Fraud. How negligent can one be with something as precious, private, and valuable as someones consumer report!
