According the XXXX XXXX XXXX 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) .exclusions ( i ) this redoing is a violation of the law.this law under exclusions states that .EXCLUSIONS : Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ) the term " consumer report '' does not include ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer ( me ) and the person ( sunbit ) making the report. Therfore reporting late payments to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX is a clear violation of this law. Please remove late payments from my credit report.
