Complaint XXXX. I am rejecting this response because : Great you just admited you are not a creditor of mines. Therefore you have no right to report as a creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report .You are breaking 15 U.S. Code 1692e - False or misleading representations AS ONLY creditors can report to credit reports .You admitted per last response that you arent a creditor of mines and have not provided any validating documents that I previously requested and also breaking 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts.As in XXXX XXXX Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ), you are liable for your willful non compliance .This is my third documented request from XXXX ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE any of the contract signed between YOU DEBT COLLECTOR ABILITY TO COLLECT THIS ALLEGED DEBT.You obviously ignored my first request which is documented and has been sent to FTC and CFPB for willful compliance .You are taking advantage of consumers especially me being on a fix income .and about to be homeless I was denied being approved for a Mortage due to transunion allowing XXXX XXXX XXXX to insert this false account on my credit Please remove yourself from my consumer report before I file ligation. transunion please send me a updated copy of my credit report because I still have received it its XX/XX/2024 didn't haven't got it because this my third time disputing this false account with you this false derogatory collection still failing to comply with reinvestigation
