On XXXX I sent Experian a dispute letter regariding accounts reporting on my consumer file that I never recalled providing Experian any permission or written instructions to furnish a copy of consumer report as stated under 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ). In addition it has been over 30 days I haven't received a response from Experian regarding my dispute as under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 5 ) ( a ) ( i ) which in the court of law is the same as consent that the accounts in dispute were not legally provided the permission or written instructions from the consumer to whom it relates as per the Fair Credit Report. The accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX were the accounts included in my dispute and they should be deleted from my report in accordance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
