In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX we sent a security with a declared value of {$19000.00} to Capital One Registered mail # XXXX With no response. That was the last time we received any letters of communication or debt securities/remittance coupon from Capital One. In XX/XX/XXXX we tried sending a debt XXXX coupon to who we thought was a Capital One trustee XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a declared value of {$890.00} Registered mail # XXXX with no answer to communication. In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX we found a trustee for Capital One XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and sent her a XXXX asking to remit it properly and send back copy sent certified mail return receipt # XXXX with no answer to communication. In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX there was a knock at our door with a man and a tow truck claiming to be sent from Capital One to take our vehicle. We refused and he threatened us before he left. The next day we sent a Conditional Acceptance for Value for Proof of Claim, For VALIDATION of Alleged Debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of Capital One, Certified mail return receipt # XXXX with no response to communication. In XXXX we sent a Notice of Fault and Opportunity to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX letter Certified mail return receipt # XXXX with no answer to communication. A couple days ago we looked on our ring cam and found that another person came to our door driving a tow truck while we where not home. We have tried to remedy the situation by communicating with letters securities/remittance coupons and Promissory notes without responses 31 usc 5118 We checked our credit reports and it says charged off
