I noticed multiple unauthorized hard inquiries from my report. I reached out to Experian, who advised me to contact each of the companies responsible for pulling my credit report. I called back to Experian to inform them that the companies are not responding to me and they continue to inform me to reach out to the credit bureau, which is Experian! Experian informed me to go file a police report! No. Experian can do their job and obtain the document that contains my signature that I authorized these inquiries, which i didn't! I have spent hours writing these companies, calling Experian, disputing with Experian and unfortunately the same response Inquiries are a factual matter. Which is NOT TRUE! Therefore, I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter to verify the validity of the hard inquiry. Additionally, I ask for documentation or evidence demonstrating my authorization for these inquiries. Please provide a written response detailing the results of your investigation and any supporting documentation within the timeframe outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
