Please be advised : Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., is not the first debt collection company whom attempted to collect an alleged debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXXt without providing valid contractual agreements between either party. ( see attachments ) This not only proves my rights are being violated, this also proves XXXX XXXX XXXX carelessly sells/contracts their alleged clients private information for profit despite the consequences of the F.D.C.A. On XX/XX/year> Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., presented a Demand for payment letter and I replied with a validation notice. I am patiently awaiting their reply. Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., obtained my social security number solely for the purposes of forcing me to tender a debt they have no first-hand knowledge of. I am the victim of these circumstances, if I dont pay Sessoms & Rogers , P.A., they will damage my credit scores by XX/XX/year> according to their notice. Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., are prime examples of debt collectors that abuse their authority in efforts to force consumers to pay debts that they have no first - hand knowledge of. Per the XXXX XXXX XXXX ; Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., refuses to provide authorized representatives when aiming to negotiate an alleged debt. ( No authorized representative noted on their documents ) I have not signed or provided the release of my private information to Sessoms & Rogers , P.A . Exactly how did Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., obtain my private information? Who released it? I did not authorize XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, or XXXX XXXX XXXX access to my social security number to damage my credit files. Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., are debt collectors demanding a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have not received goods or services from Sessoms & Rogers , P.A . I am formerly requesting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX authentic contractual agreements stating the equitable exchange of goods or services to me ; along with a permissible purpose to Sessoms & Rogers , P.A., releasing my private information. Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., are aware they do not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to anything. There are no contracts in place to support we have agreed to honorably conduct business and I do not agree to pay/tender anything to Sessoms & Rogers , P.A., on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX at the expense of my private information being on display to whomever. As of XX/XX/year> ; Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., will receive a validation notice via certified mail no. : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., are aware they do not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to anything. There are no authentic contractual agreements to support we have agreed to honorably conduct business. I do not agree to pay/tender anything to Sessoms & Rogers , P.A., on behalf of another company at the expense of my private information being on display to whomever. I am not a party to any agreements Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., may or may not have with XXXX XXXX Credit I am not responsible for Sessoms & Rogers PAs purchase / transfer from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Present authentic contractual agreements supporting Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., and I have agreed to honorably conduct business. I do not agree to pay/tender anything to Sessoms & Rogers , P.A., on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Sessoms & Rogers, P.A., do not have my permission to contact me on my private phone line attempting to negotiate debts that do not belong to me. All calls are recorded for my safety. Sessoms & Rogers PAs reply outside of the CFPBs portal, must be delivered via the US postal service. If the envelope is not properly stamped by the postmaster ; it will be returned to sender due to mail code violations. I will upload proof of return to sender if necessary. Please abide by all mail codes. I have included all proof in the attachments.
