The escrow company is failing to pay our escrow bills on time. Our mortgage is through XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they contract out to Triad Financial who handles the escrow accounts, who then sends it to a third party who sends the payments. On XX/XX/XXXX I emailed the tax bill to Triad Financial for {$1100.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a reply the same day that it was received and would be handled. XX/XX/XXXX I called and spoke with XXXX at Triad who said the bill had not been paid, but they couldn't do anything about it, because they contract it out to a third party. This same thing happened in XXXX and XXXX for our taxes and for our homeowners insurance. This is unacceptable and someone somewhere needs to be held to the correct standards of handling consumers money.
