I write to dispute the inaccurate credit reporting regarding incorrect furnisher account information from XXXX XXXX/CREDITOR : XXXX XXXX XXXX specifically the account titled XXXX XXXXXXXX, Account # XXXX. Balance of {$0.00}. I have disputed this account directly multiple times with the bureaus in the past with no success. This is not my account but possibly my fathers account. My father and I have the same name first and last name. I have a different middle name than my father as well as a different social security numbers and DOB 's. I did not open this account, nor incurred the charges and negative remarks associated with this account. Furthermore despite all the information provided to XXXX XXXX continues to attempt to collect on an invalid debt. XXXX through its collection efforts attempted to collect on an account that it was not allowed collect on. Through this conduct, XXXX violated 15 U.S.C. 1692d, 15 U.S.C. 1692e, and 15 U.S.C. 1692f. Through all the above-mentioned conduct, XXXX is engaged in conduct that natural consequence is which to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692d. Through the above conduct, XXXX violated 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 2 ) by attempting to collect the debt, validating the Debt, and continuing its efforts to collect the Debt, thus containing a false impression of the character, amount, and legal status of the Debt. Through the above conduct, XXXX violated 15 U.S.C. 1692e and 1692e ( 10 ) by using false, deceptive and misleading representations and means in connections with the collection of an alleged debt by attempting to collect on a debt that has been paid and was not owed. Through the above conduct, XXXX violated 15 U.S.C. 1692f by using unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect a debt, a debt that it was not entitled to pursuant to the Agreement. Through the above conduct, XXXX violated 15 U.S.C. 1692f ( 1 ) by attempting to collect the debt, validating the Debt, and continuing its efforts to collect the Debt, when it was not authorized to collect by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. The foregoing acts and omissions constitute numerous and multiple violations of the FDCPA. Please remove this account and any derogatory information associated with it from my credit report.
