So I recently applied for a line of credit from the Company Tomoboost which has an unconventional way of supplying credit to consumers. In which you can pay an amount for them to report a Iine of credit to your report according to different tiers of products. I initially applied for a basic plan of {$9.00} and towards the the close of the month they were advertising a discount for a higher tier. I upgraded to a higher for a discounted price was charged immediately. Now I never received any benefits from this company in the case of reporting to my credit file and they have been trying to charge a higher monthly fee a week after I agreed to upgrade. I told them that I have not received any benefits and would from their service which would equate to a theft of service and false advertisements. I have sent multiple communications to the company telling them to close the account and refund my money in full if they can't upgrade my account and waive the fees because I am not satisfied nor did I receive service. I have been given the run around about this for over 3 weeks now, they have stopped responding to emails and have not taken any action to correct this. They attempt to charge my card everyday even after I have told them I don't want this service. This is a direct violation of my consumer rights and also negligence on behalf of this company.
