I received an email. I didnt open it up. I just XXXX XXXX. Customer support got XXXX customer support and they said there was a problem with their end. Theyd call me right back. They called me right back. It says XXXX somebody was trying to deduct {$390.00} usually I dont respond, but it was from XXXX and I didnt open up the email. I XXXX customer support that was a mistake because I didnt get customer support. I got somebody that said they were customer support. They gave me a phone number that was one number off of Coinbase number they got into, my account and drained everything but {$53.00} I cant access my XXXX XXXX XXXX account therefore anything I cant trust because they have me completely locked out and they just want me to log into XXXX so they can get back into my phone. its not gon na happen Coinbase Has been no help whatsoever. Im going to report them to the XXXX XXXX XXXX as I have contacted them to email by phone even a handwritten letter and I cant get no help. Is it because Im not whale its principal of me its not the money but I had money in Coinbase in bitcoin and it was just starting to make money and I tried to get Coinbase to lock my account but by the time I got to all the hoops, theyve already got the money and were gone in Coinbase hole. Theres no way we can track it, you knew there was a problem. Thats why I couldnt have been able to contact you because youve been hacked and youre not telling the public to the biggest youre not the safest you got ta be logged in to talk to somebody in support if you cant log into your account, you cant talk to Support, thats worthless one to lock all accounts immediately because these speeds of these transactions are so fast to be able to lock your account immediately
