My Loan Servicer Nelnet will not take my payments on the student loan towards the SAVE plan. This is what happens : 1. I submit a payment on Nelnet 's online website, which my bank account is mapped to. 2. I get a confirmation of pending payment from Nelnet in an Email. 3. I check on the following days to see if the payment is applied, and the pending payment disappears from the website, and nothing comes out of my bank account. 3. Nelnet registers the payment as missed when the due date passes, and my total loan keeps going up in balance. This happens every month since XX/XX/XXXX. 4. I can never get through to Nelnet when to get to the bottom of why they will not take my payments. They flat out ignore my payments. They give me a confirmation, and then never try to take the payment from my XXXX XXXX bank account. In the attachment you can see some payment confirmations that I have received, but the payments never go through.
