A car was purchased by my mother with me as a cosigner from XXXX XXXX and was handled by a company called Bridgecrest. There was another complaint about them from me a few years thar resulted in nothing but now there are other circumstances. Their agreement stated that is one of us were to become deceased or the car totalled in an accident they would cover the rest of the loan as paid. My mother passed away in XXXX of XXXX so that should have made the loan dissappear right there and the car was totalled in an accident involving a disoriented driver jumping the curb, hitting the car, and knocking it into my neighbors yard causing damage to their house. XXXX was supposed to report this to XXXX but they wouldn't give my anymore info AS I WAS NOT THE OWNER OF THE CAR PER THE TITLE AND THEREFORE COULD NOT PERSONALLY REPORT THE CAR TOTALLED HAVE IT TOWED OR ANYTHING ELSE. Eventually as the insurance company would not let me arrange for towing I just let the city of XXXX impound the thing as again I am not the owner just a cosigner.
