They have violated 15 usc 1681g,15 usc 1681i, 15 usc 1681e ( b ), 15 usc 1681 5a, 15 usc 1681 ( 8 ) ( c ), 15 usc 1681 ( i7 ). XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter requesting them to verify, update and respond to me by mail with updates within 30 days with information that has requested. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter updating my home address and requesting derogatory items on my credit file be investigated, updated or deleted if the items could not be properly verified and respond to me within 30 days by sending the verification process to me by mail. As of today XX/XX/XXXX they have ignored my request.
