I was charged twice by the merchant XXXX. One of the charges was unauthorized because the merchant placed a hold on my account for the rental fee. Chime asked me if the transaction was authorized by text three times, I responded No to all of the text. Chime responded that the charges will be blocked and no funds will be removed from my account but the transaction was allowed and funds were removed. I disputed the transaction three times.
