I found out that there was a collection from Genesis regarding XXXX apartments in XXXX through XXXX XXXX. I received an initial notice from Genesis on XX/XX/XXXX via email to XXXX. Reference # XXXX. It stated I had an agreement with XXXX at XXXX regarding apartment # XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Nevada. There were no attachments of the agreement, contract, or proof that I moved in. I responded on XX/XX/XXXX stating I received their email and to please send a copy of the contract as I did not receive it and never entered into any contract for moving into this apartment. Therefore, I dispute this debt. On the XX/XX/XXXX, Genesis sent me an email with a summary of move out charges with a move out date of XX/XX/XXXX and the application. The application shows that I paid {$60.00} for a tenant screening report and was only in their portal as a prospective tenant for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I did not receive a copy of my tenant screening report. At that time I was denied because I needed to make XXXX x rent and was working as a temp during covid. I continued to rent my house and did not downsize at that time. Numerous other emails and phone calls to both Genesis, XXXX, and XXXX have not resulted in any true validation nor concern for this false and very misleading data on my credit report. It is very disturbing to know that XXXX continues to use underhanded and incorrect false statements without full disclosure.
