I am filing this complaint today against some credit reporting agencies that sharing my personal information without my consent. I have written them a letter saying that I do not consent with them having and sharing my information that they have received from financial institutions because that information is private. This is a violation of 15 USC 6801, 16 CFR 313 and the 1974 Privacy Act. These 3rd party agencies are sharing my addresses, telephone numbers and other personal information. I've called them to removed this information and sent them a letter to opt out and haven't gotten any cooperation. This issue has been affecting the way I do business and has been making it hard for me to receive anything for my family and household goods. I want my anything that has been reporting from financial institutions removed ASAP.
