I got service back in XXXX. Haven't heard anything or received anything through mail or email. I started receiving phone calls recently from a 3rd party that stated it about a dedt fron XXXX XXXX. I XXXX XXXX XXXX and the Lady stated that I do have abalnce with them but they don't send out notifications. How do I'm going to know that I have a balance. How can I take care the bill if I wasn't notify? But they send it to a 3rd party without notification not taking in consideration that this action will ruin the customer credit? I beeb a patient since XXXX. She said I'm sorry, I can submit a complaint but I will not be able to provide with a bill. Are you serious? Is this legal?
