FIRST TECHNOLOGY FCU. Is a federal bank. Where they are blaming me for to pay a debt that is not mine nor belong to me as I was a victim of fraud back in XXXX. They sold the debt to 2 collections company. XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which they close and settle the debt. {$0.00} balance. I have letters to prove. Account settle with fraud identity theft XX/XX/XXXX. FIRST TECHNOLOGY FCU. Has re-open a close account which was settle closed {$0.00}. XX/XX/XXXX. In order to collect interest on account. AFTER four years being closed on XX/XX/XXXX. The closed account has appear again randomly open {$8800.00}. Under my credit bureaus affecting my score lowering to XXXX points and my credit card company XXXX deducted me {$10000.00}. Dollars of credit line due to this ilegal incident from FIRST TECHNOLOGY FCU. I have contacted them they said is my fault and I have to pay that money to them. A lost stolen funds and identity theft done to me back in XXXX. I have police report and a supposedly consulting company which stolen my information NEVER received service defrauding and opening several accounts under my name including a chase account which I have never had. I demand help this is a burden with my credit score and credit lines. I was a victim of fraud and identity theft, the debt was settle and close with the two credit collections companies mentioned above and FCU have been doing unlawful matter keeping re-opening closed accounts close case which has been closed 4 years ago XX/XX/XXXX FCU is not relying in consumer regulations. Please, need help into removing this from my credit report.
