I communicated my concerns to the representative about their being no transparency, and no clarification as to what the past due amount was for and what it was paying and communicated that they had locked me out of my online account, making me unable to see that information prior to paying and during the process of this phone, call the representative, communicated a threat of XXXX against me and my family. I am pursuing criminal charges against that representative however, Harley Davidson Financial is deliberately concealing that information from the criminal investigation.
