I received a payment deferal workout solution letter stating my first payment will be due on XX/XX/2024. So I did not make my XXXX mortgage payment. However it turned out loss mitigation made a mistake, they could not defer XXXX payments and called me on XX/XX/2024 to collect XXXX and XXXX mortgage payment to bring my account status back down to 12 months delinquency to further process my payment deferral.
