XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX ignored my opt notice on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX have refused to remove unauthorized inquiries, collections, and late payments from my credit report. All credit/consumer reports are to be uniform and accurate in reporting. My consumer reports for XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX are neither. The Privacy Act of 1974, establishes a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies. A system of records is a group of records under the control of an agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifier assigned to the individual. 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) - EXCLUSIONS- Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report '' does not include- ( A ) subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any- ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; LATE PAYMENTS and CREDIT UTILIZATION AMOUNTS AND PERCENTAGES, AND BANKRUPTCIES are all, in fact, transactions and experiences between the consumer and the person making the report as explained in the US Code provided above, and are, therefore are being inaccurately and unlawfully reported within my consumer report. This complaint is also a notice of arbitration. I am only submitting this complaint as the arbitration instructions state I must resolve my issue before moving forward with arbitration. I've attempted to resolve these issues on multiple occasions. Im ready, willing, and fully prepared to move forward with the arbitration process against XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I've uploaded all relevant documents.
