These late payments are inaccurate and I've tried to get them removed various times throughout the years with no resolution from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The late payments are : XX/XX/2022 - XX/XX/2022 ( 30-60 day late payments ) Per USC CODE 1666B " A creditor may not treat a payment on a loan account under an open end consumer plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. '' I did not receive any statements, rather mail or digital mail / email within 21 days of my statement. These late payments should removed or updated as current / positive status on my credit report.
