Please explain to ME how someone that owns the title, has ALL the utilities and insurance in her name, ME... AND all the taxes including exemptions are also in MY name ... should be required to pay PENNYMAC or FHA money to remove my ex-husband from the PAPER known as MY loan? These predatory service providers would like nothing better than for me to utilize my equity to further in enslave myself to their practices. When in fact I have been awarded through divorce, quit claim and by paying ALL the above stated taxes insurance etc. I am asked to QUIALIFY? I have been asked to send them copies of my bank statements etc. Actually, PENNYMAC spent huge amounts of money just to change their logo! A more prudent use of cash would be to assess and review their policies. They have spent more than {$300.00} in mailing me THEIR dogma. Even if I were to utilize " squatters rights '' I have met the burden of proof by not only living here more than 20 years ... Washington State law only requires 10 years to claim direct ownership by adverse possession. My ex-husband has not lived here nor entered the property since 2018. Maybe PENNYMAC should pay me for keeping HIS name on MY paper.
