i received an email on XX/XX/year> from Chime regarding a Chime XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card that i did not authorize or apply for. it also said i have a checking account opened. I did not open this account. i called and gave all my personal information to chime and ask them to close the account. I am still receiving emails from chime and they have not honored my request to close the account.
