I received an email from Chime on XX/XX/XXXX welcoming me to Chime. I contacted Chime on XX/XX/XXXX to communicate with them that I did not open the Chime debit / checking account with them. I informed them that this account was opened fraudulently and requested that they close it. I then uploaded documents that Chime requested for their records. The documents consisted of a Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft Report, a XXXX XXXX Police Identity Theft Report, along with a letter asking for Chime to release any and all information and transaction records relating to my account. Since then, I have been given the runaround and cant access the requested information. Ive called numerous times and have gotten nowhere. I requested they transfer me to a supervisor and they do not have XXXX. I would like any and all information about this account that was created fraudulently in my name released immediately.
