I transferred over $ XXXX from my capital one savings account to my XXXX account last week. Ive done this many times and its been fine. This time, Capital one says it was posted on XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX account is now overdrawn because the transfer never showed up ( doesnt show as pending, doesnt show as scheduled etc. ). I tried to get help from capital one but they only had a chat bot called XXXX. I told them that something wrong happened with my transfer and asked how to figure out where the money was and it kept spitting out useless responses and wouldnt look into it.
