The collection company has marked my complaint as a duplicate problem without actually addressing the red flags that I have brought forth regarding the collection of the alleged debt. They are not taking accountability for their actions and refuse to address me directly regarding the very issues. Moving forward I am requesting the chain of assignment regarding the alleged debt, was their insurance on this alleged debt, do you actually have a license to collet in my state in regard to this alleged debt? I was not originally given the opportunity to dispute this alleged debt, and I was not given any disclosures regarding this alleged debt. Please also provide the certified tracking number with my name and signature proving that you mailed notice to me regarding this alleged debt. You are liable under 15 USC 1692k, 15 USC 1681s-2, 15 USC 1692d XXXX XXXX ), and 15 USC 1692c . Failure to provide accurate information will result in legal escalation. DO NOT ignore my request as collection agencies are responsible for providing information and explanation upon request. YOU CAN NOT JUST DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT. There are repercussions. I have not received any of that information. Please provide a contractual agreement with my wet ink signature as well regarding this alleged debt.
