I have been in contact with XXXX, Experian and XXXX for over 3 months trying to resolve an issue with my credit report. They have been running circle around me over and over again, delaying the resolution of the dispute and actually not following the law. I submitted a letter I received from the Clerk of the Court for my Bankruptcy telling all three credit reporting bureau 's that the court HAS NOT AND WILL NOT VERIFY the bankruptcy information and I sent a letter to all three credit bureau 's stating the facts and the law and that they needed to remove the bankruptcy and all the accounts related to it from my credit report. Siting that per the FRCA - Per the Federal Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ), you are REQUIRED by federal law to verify through physical verification of the ORIGINAL singed consumer contract and or judgement through the court. - all accounts and public information that you post on anyones credit report, Otherwise anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail in fraudulent and erroneous account information. As such, if this unauthorized public record information is not DELETED from my credit report within the next 30 days, I will be filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I have provided a copy of the letter from the Clerk of the Court from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Colorado that I received on XXXX stating that you did not verify the information with them!!! You only verified with XXXX which is against the law per the law you have to verifiy with the ORIGINAL COURT!!!!!!!! I will file with the court at this point against you for not removing this Bankruptcy as you are in violation of the law - Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ). This was submitted on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/2024. I tried talking to XXXX on the phone and the first person actually hung up on me becasue he was not happy with what I was saying and then when I tried to call back again, they said now that " They couldn't VERIFY me '' and they couldn't talk about my account. Something seems very fishy about that, They said I had to mail them a copy of my driver 's license and my SS # card which I already did 3 weeks ago and they miraculously never received it. Im trying to get my teeth fixed because it is affecting my health very seriously and I have been denied a loan from the teeth company becasue of this reason. Please HELP!! I'm so tired of going around and around with these 3 companies XXXX, Experian and XXXX and getting no where, I now per the law they have to remove this as it was only verified with the 3rd party XXXX and not with the ORIGINAL COURT. Please PLease help me with these 3 credit bureau 's as they keep pushing out the date to resolve the issue and saying it was " updated '' which it never is!!. Even after I sent them the letter from the clerk of the court and my persoanl letter with the stated law, they still sent me a resolution that says they verifed with XXXX and not the actual COURT.
