On XXXX XXXX I applied for a Miles and More credit card with Barklays bank. They requested extra documents, by mail or by fax, which I sent them at least four times. I called as well multiple times and requested those conversations to be recorded. And they confirmed that everything is fine on the bank side, but some company that they use to check documents is telling me that they are looking for some stamp on my Social security card and can not find it. They can not tell me what that company is or any provide any way to connect with them directly to explain that there are no stamps on SSN cards. OR they can not process my application without that company. Last time I tried to connect with them was in XXXX and the story is the same. We have some unknown company that collects sensitive information from banks applicants and with no result.
