In XXXX XXXX XXXX I took out a title loan from XXXX XXXX for about {$5600.00}. From XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX I made about {$2400.00} in payments towards the loan. In XXXX, I experienced I financial hardship and could no longer afford to make payments. Thus, the car was repossessed and sold for about {$2000.00} according to my credit report. All things considered, the balanced owed on my credit report is {$6800.00}. This is more than the original loan amount of {$5600.00} and it seems the sale of the car and the payments made toward the loan are not being properly accounted for. Furthermore, I had personal items in my car worth at least {$1000.00} in my car during the repo. I was never allowed nor notified on how to retrieve my personal belongings. Thus, I believe the value of my personal property should also be accounted for.
