Extended the lease on my vehicle XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. Payment of XX/XX/2023 went towards other charges instead of vehicle payment, resulting in a 30 day credit strike on my credit report. Followed up with American Honda Finance, they opened a ticket and told me it was resolved. Payments have always been consistent before the lease extension, payment history proves this. Now they claim XXXX, XXXX have not been paid on time ( My bank statements prove otherwise ) and they have yet to fix the issue, Which has resulted in more 30 day strikes on my credit report all due to negligence.
