I Requested validation of this debt as allowed per the FCRA section XXXX and the fdcpa. Despite Previous correspondence the collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX has only provided a billing statemen of the alleged debt, and has failed to provide the original contract.as me being a previous victim of identity theft. I always request all documents for my own file. Additionally, XXXX funding. XXXX has failed to provide documented ownership of the debt, proof of their license or right to collect on the debt in my state, and proof of any previous payments made on the debt. Their failure to provide this information within the required timeframe is a clear violation of the FDCPA. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX XXXX has continued to contact me through true accord regarding this debt despite me requesting for them to cease communication. They are texting me as i type this .which i have documented. Their continued contacts constitutes harassment.moreover, XXXX XXXX XXXX has even failed to report to the bureaus that the two alleged debts were in dispute.as such, I demand {$1000.00} for their non compliance and harassment. Additionally they are reporting a balance on a collection account. ( two collection accounts by them ( credit one bank ) this is misleading and inaccurate reporting.LVNV has violated me in many ways. So i request they delete these accounts off of my credit report. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
