I originally had a dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX whereby I developed an XXXX and has to see a Specialist to clean it up. I made numerous attempts to settle, and they ignored my emails and letters. As of XX/XX/year> my unpaid balance was {$1300.00} ( I have the document ). On XX/XX/year>, Bull City Financial Solutions, sent me a demand for payment in the amount of {$44000.00}. I called them and spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/year>. I told him that I have a very recent invoice for {$1300.00} and the amount was wrong. He told me that the amount is correct and that was the amount sent by XXXX. I asked for support such as dates of service and amounts. He said there was none, just an amount. He showed no interest that there is a gross mistake. I immediately called ECU and spoke with XXXX XXXX, she denied the {$44000.00} and told me that the outstanding balance to date is {$1300.00} on XX/XX/year>. I looked up reviews on XXXX and XXXX. Bull City has scammed many people. I also noticed that my credit rating recently dropped from XXXX to XXXX. My credit rating has always been exceptional. In short, I realized that I am being defrauded and scammed by the Bull City Fianacial Solutions. My dispute of {$1300.00} is over fairly minor dental services by a student dentist not a heart transplant. They should be investigated and forced to produce evidence supporting their {$44000.00} demand for payment.
