My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and this personal statement is being written by me. By the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the accounts listed in this report should not be furnished on my reports. According to FCRA section 604F, prohibits a person/company from using or obtaining a consume report unless the consumer uses the report, and it is obtained for a purpose for which the consumer report is authorized to be furnished. FCRA section 1681S-2 states, that a company/person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate. Lastly, 15 USC 1681-4 consumer report agencies have resumed having a vital role in assembling and reevaluating consumer credit periods there is a major need to ensure that reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility with respect for the consumers right to privacy along with. I demand the removal of these accounts!
