I wasnt sure which option to choose when putting this complaint together. I have a moneylion account that is paid off and the membership is canceled. When I try to use the account deletion option on the app it doesnt work. When I contacted customer service they said they cant delete my account only deactivate it. I want it gone. I was this account deleted and closed. I also want them to remove my linked banking information. And I want no further charges to be placed by moneylion since I have paid in full.
