Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ), I have requested that this unverified debt be removed from my credit file from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and the debt collection agency, Sunrise Cred. I have no business dealings that include a contract with my signature to either party. Both parties have attempted to verify this debt with personal information I have provided in previous communication with them. This is my last request for the alleged debt to be removed. Failure to remove from credit file will result in actions to seek monetary relief for damages as a result of the erroneous filing to credit file
