I do not receive emails/mail about billing. thought the loan was written off. i tried multiple times to reset password using my social security number and says there is no account matching my social security number. I get transferred to the account/billing team and it gets sent to a voicemail that is full. Ive tried many times over the past years, last time was XX/XX/24.
