Consumer Narrative
My mortgage was reassessed and my payment changed by {$40.00}. I sent the payment and like normal and the mortgage payment was considered late by the mortgage company and marked on my credit as a late/missed payment. I immediately sent the corrected amount and never missed a payment. Now my credit is being negatively affected over {$40.00} and I am unable to apply for another mortgage because of this.
