Consumer Narrative

I am formally demanding for the LAST time that the proper update be made to this account on ALL consumer reporting agencies as PAID IN FULL AND NEVER LATE. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is insured by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and ALL accounts are backed up to {$250000.00}. Furthermore, this account is listed as a CHARGE OFF which is a certificate of indebtedness and is actually considered an INCOME per IRS publication XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXIRS website : Canceled debt. If the abandoned property secures a debt for which you are personally liable and the debt is canceled, you will realize ordinary income equal to the canceled debt. This income is separate from any amount realized from abandonment of the property. You must report this income on your return unless one of the exceptions or exclusions described in XXXX XXXX applies. **** During dispute of this debt, I was not given proper validation even after contacting the furnisher on multiple attempts. My consumer reports NEVER showed the account was in dispute or removed within the proper time frame, even after all documentation was sent to proper parties.
