To whom it may concern, I contact XXXX XXXX the loan servicer for XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX regarding my delinquent account. I had previously filed disputes with them asking for original account-level documentation however I never received this information. I recently attempted to get a mortgage loan, and XXXX XXXX appeared on my credit report as delinquent. My potential mortgage provider said they require me to get this account addressed before they can offer me a mortgage loan. I contacted XXXX and they told me they could not assist me with credit reporting and I would need to contact the collection agency they assigned my account to called, Coast Professional Inc. I contact Coast Professional Inc and they said XXXX closed the account after only 30 days of the account getting assigned to them, however, I never received phone calls or letters stating the account was assigned to another institution. XXXX nor Coast Professional Inc, never gave me the opportunity to dispute or ask for verification of this debt. In the same day, I contacted again XXXX explaining the situation and information I received from Coast Professional Inc. I requested a Manager ( name I did not document ) this manager however was extremely rude and aggressive saying I can't take your word for it we will need to contact Coast Professional Inc to re-open this account and I would have to pay the balance in full so they can assist me with my credit report. I asked if there is any assistance they can offer and she said no there is not. I let her know I would be filing a dispute as I see several state and federal violations here from UDAAP, FDCPA and FCRA in violation and she did not seem to care and said she would respond back to the CFPB accordingly. I'm asking for the CFPB to please assist me with this challenging issue as I'm in desperate need to obtain a mortgage loan, however these issues, violation of federal law and unprofessional service are making it quite difficult for me to successfully obtain a mortgage loan.
