On XX/XX/year>, I attempted to dispute a public record currently being reported to my Experian account. Experian stated the company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. Therefore, the information was not removed from my credit report. However, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not report any information to the credit bureaus. The XXXX XXXX XXXX is not responsible for verifying or validating information from consumers credit files. Lastly, I attempted to dispute the inaccurate account again with both XXXX and Experian via certified mail. This time asking for a response in writing on how they verified the information according to the " method of verification '' under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). I asked that they include the courthouse, name of person at the courthouse, address of the courthouse and which document obtained to verify the bankruptcy.
