XXXX XXXX overcharged me on a car loan with them in 2021 when I first started with them. they were reporting last payment on my credit even when I paid them which caused my credit so go down. the loan that was financed was double what the vehicle was for. i reached out to XXXX XXXX to verify the information and was told the information would be sent to me via mail. never received anything. they are still reporting incorrect loan amouth and days paid on my account
