In XXXX, I surrendered my license to XXXX XXXX in California. That automatically put me on the Office of the Inspector General, the State of California, and the State of Michigan 's automatic exclusions list. After five years I was removed from the OIG list, and recently I checked the online lists for the respective States. I was not on those lists. I should not be on those lists. This is outdated information. I wrote hard copy letters to each State asking to be removed from any lists and never heard back. Now this is coming up again in my background check for a new job that I desperately need. Please help me!
