Today is XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a wire transfer XX/XX/XXXX in the morning expecting a wire to send the same day. It did not send. It was reviewed and in processing on XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to a supervisor, and they promised it would send that day. It did not. Then Wednesday passed, and it still has not sent. I spoke to another supervisor, and they could neither tell me when it would process, why it had not processed, nor any option to cancel the wire, the money for which they have already removed from my account. So, we are now on day XXXX of the wire transfer, and they will provide no answers.
