On or about XX/XX/2024 I received my credit report and noticed that XXXX, XXXX and Equifax has violated my consumer right to privacy under 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) Right to Privacy & 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) Permissible Purpose of Consumer Reports. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax has infringed upon my right to privacy and I never gave them written permission to report anything on my behalf which is in direct violation of 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ). By law it states these agency must have written permission from the consumer who it relates in order to furnish a consumer report. It's been difficult to live my life with these things on my report unlawfully. I demand the following items be removed immediately.
