On XXXX i came with clean hands to extend my credit as a investor. CAPITAL ONE denied me my right to extend credit. I am requesting CAPITAL ONE provide me based off of the law, what factors underwriting used to deny me? Because i am aware that per CAPITAL ONE 'S most recent XXXX filing that my application that was completed for this transaction is has now been securitized into a promissory note and is now transferrable to a third party, and the account was still opened on the private side. I will be revoking CAPITAL ONE 'S ability to transfer my note until this issue has been resolved. I gave CAPITAL ONE my social security number which gave said company access to my trust, when the PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 states I am not obligated to give my social security number : Section 7 of the Privacy Act ( found at 5 U.S.C. 552a note ( Disclosure of Social Security Number ) ) provides that : It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individuals refusal to disclose his social security account number. Sec. 7 ( a ) ( 1 ). Also, I will be reaching out to said company regarding my interest i created from the commercial paper be deposited into my Treasury Direct account on a monthly every 4 week period in which said company will be entitled to their 20 %. If capital one chooses to not comply i will be forced to contact the appropriate officials.
