I filed a dispute for multiple debit charges to my account with Wells Fargo at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. The customer service representative disputed all the credits to my account as well, I never asked him to dispute those credits to my account. I noticed XX/XX/2024 that my account was charged XXXX as an adjustment. I called in and they told me they told me that charge is because I disputed the credits to my account, I didnt and I never would have done that. Now Im being told I have to wait 2 days for them to review the call and make sure I didnt ask them to dispute those charges then 10 days for a resolution. I know I didnt dispute the credits to my account, so I requested a copy of the phone call and the customer service reps name who filed the dispute, they never gave it to me. Ive sent multiple emails with documentation showing that the credits were from me. The original email I sent on the date of XX/XX/2024 when i detailed what happened when my card was stolen I said I was the one loading the card. Every customer service rep I speak to says they havent received any documentation yet and its been 6 days. I have found legal representation to help me with this, but Wells Fargo will not provide any of the information they are using to make the decision on this dispute and they still havent received any of the documents/ screenshots showing Im the one who deposited the money into the account from XXXX and XXXX XXXX The dispute number for this case is XXXX. I just got off the phone with a Wells Fargo representative on XX/XX/2024 and they confirmed the claim I made against this dispute was never made. They told me countless times yesterday this claim had been escalated but checking back today it has not, no one had been assigned to look into this case even though Ive called a total of about 10 times regarding this. I am filing this as well as having my legal counsel send a letter detailing the situation and requesting the documents Wells Fargo will use for their investigation. Ive sent the screenshots showing these are my credits to the account one is missing from XXXX for about XXXX or something close to that I couldnt see the transaction as it has been reversed. I also sent the email I sent detailing I was the only loading the card. Theres no reason why these credits should stay reversed.
