On XX/XX/year>, I disputed a Bankruptcy that was on my consumer report with Lexis Nexus, on XX/XX/year> they responded and informed me that they VERIFIED the account with XXXX I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/year> and spoke with a XXXX, she informed me that XXXX does not report any information to Lexis Nexus, so Lexis Nexus LIED in their response to me. I also asked XXXX XXXX to verify and validate this information and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account granting them the authorization to report this information which is bearing my signature, and they did not grant my request or provide me with any documentation bearing my signature. I am now coming to you to rectify the problem that I am having with Lexis Nexus and them violating 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.
